1 "As you probably know, Representative Bill Janklow is charged with second-degree manslaughter and three misdemeanors in connection with a fatal accident on August 16th. The car he was driving collided with a motorcycle and the rider was killed. To date, how do you feel about the treatment that Janklow has received from state law enforcement authorities? Do you feel he has received preferential treatment, been treated tougher than the average citizen, or been treated just like anyone else under similar circumstances?"
